Northern Liberties Farmers Market
Grand Re-Opening Block Party
The Challenge
While the core brand established consistency for the weekly market, larger seasonal events required a different strategy. These block parties needed to generate excitement, drive new audiences, and create a sense of occasion—without losing the connection to the market’s home at The Piazza.
The challenge was to create event identities that felt bold and attention-grabbing while still tying back to the core brand.
The Solution
I developed a flexible campaign approach in which each major block party becomes its own visual “moment.” While the image of The Piazza remains the anchor, every event introduces a new color palette, typography style, and graphic energy to keep these events feeling fresh and exciting.
This system allows future events to evolve visually while maintaining a recognizable connection to the market. The kickoff event launched with a bright blue palette and playful, expressive type. Steering away from the typical muted sage greens of the weekly market, to show that this event has more high-energy activations to offer.
