Inspired by Architectural Digest Instagram posts, this Instagram series showcases the personality and design intent behind our model units.
Each seamless carousel blends professional photography with my own iPhone photo and video, highlighting the small, intricate details that bring the spaces to life and allow prospects to truly envision living here.
I enjoy incorporating physical processes into my work — visiting the units to capture new angles and detail-shots, talking directly with our interior designers to understand their perspective, and adding personal touches like hand-drawn illustrations, created by me in Procreate.

While this series was my primary ownership area, I also collaborate and support across broader social efforts—supporting our content team as we ensure alignment between product, messaging, and audience.
During 2025, these efforts contributed to measurable growth in social performance, including a 2× increase in applications and a 3× increase in directly attributed leases from previous years, representing over $500K in annual revenue.
