Penthouse Campaign
& Event Collateral

To introduce the 1001 Penthouses, I developed a cinematic teaser campaign that highlights the design process behind the residences through my own photography.

I collaborated closely with the architecture/interior design teams to understand their selections and captured their material samples used when designing the penthouses.

I then conducted on-site filming to document key moments of the construction process, partnering with the content team to get high-res completed kitchen shots. I also wanted to establish location by featuring the city skyline views from the penthouse terrace.

Rather than revealing the full spaces, the teaser intentionally offers a series of curated glimpses to build anticipation and set the tone for the official launch.

Penthouse Launch Event & Art Gallery Experience

For the penthouse launch, I concepted and co-curated an art gallery experience staged within the residences, featuring work from local Philadelphia artists. This event celebrated both the building’s design and the surrounding creative community.

These illustrated floor plates were created by translating architectural drawings into clear, client-friendly marketing collateral. Beginning with technical architectural plans, I simplified layouts while maintaining accuracy, then incorporated color, texture, and typography to create polished, easy-to-navigate graphics that align with the property's visual identity.

The collection includes an amenity level plan, a typical residence floor plan, and a penthouse level plan, each designed to help prospective residents quickly understand the building's layout and offerings.
